The Space

One bedroom has a Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two XL Twin beds. There are bedside tables and lamps with wireless and USB charging ports. Each bedroom has a large closet (one is a walk-in!) with plenty of hanging and drawer space for your clothing. Speaking of storage, there’s also a coat closet by the front door and a linen closet nearby the bathroom and bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, toaster, blender, pots & pans, plates & cups. Pretty much everything you would need besides groceries!

Amenities

We include a Sonic Gigabit fiber internet connection that provides fast download speeds. Working from home and streaming movies is a breeze! We provide a fully furnished home including bath towels and bedding. We will provide an initial supply of consumable items like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper that the tenant should plan on refilling as needed. Coin-op laundry facilities are located in the building. Off street parking for 1 car is included. Residents can obtain a Residential Parking Permit for street parking from the City of Berkeley for a fee if they need additional space. Water, Trash, Gas, Electricity and High Speed Internet are included.

Neighborhood

This North Berkeley neighborhood is safe and serene, but close to everywhere you want to be. BART and bus transit is just 1 block away. UC Berkeley, Gourmet Ghetto, and Downtown are all just 1 mile away. At the end of our block is Ohlone Park with endless grassy fields, basketball courts, walking paths, playgrounds, and more. Bike share rentals are located 1 block away at the BART station. With a walk score of 90 and a bike score of 99, it’s a true walker and biker’s paradise!
