The Space

Walk through your private entrance and be greeted by modern furniture and beautiful laminate wood floors throughout this apartment. The living room houses a comfy sofa, media cabinet with smart TV (connect to your Netflix, hulu, etc), coffee table, and floor lamp. The bedroom sleeps two in XL Twin beds with semi-private spaces, two closets, and two desks with chairs. Behind each bed is a built-in bookcase that doubles as a nightstand. Thoughtful touches like bedside lamps, a coat rack, and shoe rack abound.

Off the living room you’ll find a generous walk in closet (in addition to the bedroom closets) and an updated bathroom with built-in linen cabinet for even more storage.

The eat-in kitchen offers lots of counter space, a gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, plates & cups. Pretty much everything you would need besides groceries!

The Northside neighborhood is safe and coveted for being close to UC Berkeley, while beautifully set in the North Berkeley foothills. Just 2 blocks south of the apartment you'll find campus, cafes, restaurants, market, and frozen yogurt. A 1/2 mile west will take you to the heart of the world renowned gourmet ghetto. Less than 1 mile away is Downtown Berkeley with theaters, restaurants, and shopping. We are 3 blocks away from major transit stops and bike shares. Street parking is plentiful with a parking permit from the City of Berkeley.
