The Space

This detached home is private and set back from the road. Meander down a stone path to a private and sunny front patio. Enter into the bright Living Room surrounded by windows and natural light. Relax on the sofa and read a book or stream your favorite show on the Roku enabled smart TV (connect to your own streaming services). The adjacent eat-in-kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, Silestone quartz countertops, dishwasher, plates, cups, and espresso maker.

The bedroom is flooded with natural light (with blackout shades on all windows) and has a queen size bed with foam mattress and Quince bedding. A pair of built-in closets offer plenty of hanging and drawer space for your stay. The en-suite bathroom has a built-in vanity with quartz countertop. In the shower you'll find handmade concrete tiles on the walls and a glass enclosure.

The dedicated workspace is here for those that work from home. There is highspeed wireless internet and wired connection points in the home.

Being a brand new home you are going to find a state of the art building with premium comfort and energy efficient features. The guest should plan on refilling these items as needed. We include high speed internet connection that provides fast download speeds. Working from home and streaming movies is a breeze! There is a compact washer/dryer combo unit located inside the home. All utilities are included.

Neighborhood

Located on a bicycle boulevard in Central Berkeley, it's truly one of the most picturesque oak-tree lined streets in the city. The walkable neighborhood is safe and serene, but there's always a cyclist passing by or a neighbor walking their dog. You will be so close to amazing produce markets, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. Ask us for our recommendations! The home is 3/4 mile to Downtown Berkeley, 1 mile to UC Berkeley, and 1.5 miles to 4th Street shops and restaurants. 2 blocks away you'll find a bike share to making more distant destinations a bit more accessible! Free street parking is available. Two BART stations are less than a mile away making carless trips to San Francisco a breeze. Ohlone Park is a few blocks away with endless grassy fields, basketball courts, walking paths, playgrounds, and more.
